Meat...

When I am traveling, I prefer to try spots frequented by locals... Here the waitstaff came over to the deserted non-smoking area. Btw, I really like the services here in Eastern Europe. They are very down to earth and simple, no arrogance at all, and seem to take pride in their work.
The Czech Republic has an old world feel to it... water and coke bottles.
Here is what I ordered Old Czech Kolkovna Platter... and I asked for extra fat dumplings!
Just kidding, got a goulash soup. Kind of odd though, it's like a soup of slightly burned beef stew.
And then the meat kept coming... a bucket of baby wienerschnitzels...
Lamb with herbs... they seem to like lamb dishes here and it was cooked very well, slightly charred on the outside and tender inside.
Venison sausage. Liked it very much, kind of chewey but flavorful.
Oh I did order one salad to wash all this down a little, but we were pretty meated-out by the end.
